Barrister of Miidle Temple, Yawar Ali is the son of the famous Chief
Jusitce of Pakistan Mr. Justice Muhammad Yaqub Ali Khan who was
removed by then dictator General Zia ul Haq from his office after
abroating the Constitution in 1977. Yawar Ali has served as law
officer for the province of Punjab and also the federation of Pakistan
before his elevation to the Lahore High Court in 2009. Yawar Ali has
recently retired as the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court and is,
now, actively engaged in appellate, constitutional and criminal
litigation before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Yawar Ali brings with
him his experience of decades of service to the cause of dispensation
of justice.
